Can buy outright:

Difficult to buy without additional borrowing:
- Condo in Nimman or around CMU (prices start at THB 1.5-2 million)

Option 3: Buy land in a high-potential location
Land in some Chiang Mai suburban areas at THB 8,000-15,000 per sq.wah.
Strategy: Hold for 5-10 year capital gain.
Option 4: Co-invest with a partner
Find an investment partner, combine budgets to buy a better-located property and share returns proportionally.
